Looking for Alibrandi
An exciting group of authors, poets and illustrators will line up for the 2010 festival school program.

For younger students, Krista Bell and her Peeking Ducks will delight; Narelle Oliver will take Year 7 and 8 students through the journey of making a picture book, while Carole Wilkinson will tell the story behind her Dragonkeeper series and her new book, Sugar Sugar.  

Melina Marchetta, whose book Looking for Alibrandi  remains one of the bestselling debut novels in Australia will talk about how her stories come together, and Scott Monk, author of Raw will take students through a writing workshop. Local authors, Susan Berran and Ian Trevaskis will delight with their very different characters.
